Deposit:
To garantee your reservation a credit card number for the full amount due or a deposit of 50% of the amount due must be made 30 days before service. Between December 16th and January 10th and for holly week the reservation has to be paid in full 7 days after the reservation has been made. Reservations will only be confirmed upon deposit.
For credit card deposit a copy of both sides of the card and a valid ID copy has to be send as well.

Final payment:
Final payment must be made 15 days before arrival. Reservations made within 30 days must be paid in full within 5 days of reservation.
This  excluding the dates between December 16th and January 10th and holly week in which all reservations have to be paid in full within 7 days.

Last minute reservations:
¡CATCH! accepts last minute reservations, but must be pre-paid in full upon making the reservation (24 hours). The reservation(s) will only be confirmed after payment has been received.

Form of Payment:
Payments have to be made before deadline, or otherwise will be automatically canceled. ¡CATCH! only accepts payments in American dollars. Costs for sending any kind of payments are responsibility of the client.

Reservations will only be confirmed upon deposit receipt and have to be fully prepaid.

Credit card (VISA ONLY): authorization form has to be sent, together with a visible copy of the holders’ ID and a visible copy of both sides of the credit card by fax +(506)291-2938. (dialing in from the states? dial the 011 prefix)

*credit card will be charged in colones against the exchange rate valid on day of payment receipt.

Cancellation and Refund policies:
¡CATCH! reserves the right to cancel any reservation or deny service to clients, when this can affect ¡CATCH! in any way (economical loss, negativism toward the company or any other reason). All cancellations must be made written and signed by client.

Refund, is limited and subject to the following rules:
· 30 to 15 days before arrival in Costa Rica - $100.00 charge plus the costs demanded by 3rd parties
· 14 to 7 days before arrival in Costa Rica – 50% of the tour price plus the costs demanded by 3rd parties
· 6 days before arrival in Costa Rica – non refundable
· Reservations including days between December 16th and January 10th and holly week are non refundable

¡CATCH! does not reimburse unused services, does not cover transfer costs. When paid by credit card a 5% fee will be charged extra.

All of the above is not applicable for airline tickets. All costs for changing or canceling airline reservations are the responsibility of the client.

Prices are subject to change:
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, because the operators can change their rates and conditions. The information on the website can only be used as a referral. Rates are subject to tax and government changes. At the moment the tax is 16.39%.

Insurance:
We strongly advise all our clients to buy their travel insurance before traveling. ¡CATCH! does not offer this service. Travel insurance covers all your losses when on vacation - ¡CATCH! is not responsible for any deficiency, delay, personal accidents, or any other sort of irregularity that may occur on any tours, stays, adventures etc. Traveling with ¡CATCH! means you agree with this term. We only select operators who meet local requirements, are properly licensed, insured and have an established reputation.

Documentation:
Travelers need a valid passport to enter any country; some travelers even need a visa. It is the responsibility of the traveler to have these documents and have them up to date. ¡CATCH!, however always trying to inform its clients to the best of its knowledge, does not take responsibility for any changes made by the government or any other organization regarding entry requirements. Travelers who do not have their documentation in order and therefore lose their reservations will not be reimbursed their money.

Changes in itineraries and delays:
¡CATCH! always tries to do all in its power to inform the traveler correctly upon confirmation of any reservation. However due to changes in the departure or arrival times of the airlines, transfers, tours or any other reservations can be missed. NO REIMBURSEMENTS WILL BE MADE. ¡CATCH! does not accept any responsibility for losses or costs made regarding any airline delays, overbooking of airplane, hotels, tours or any other service, lost time, strikes, sickness, war, stealing, acts of vandalism, medical charges or hospitalization, or any other cause. All these losses are the responsibility of the traveler.

Responsibility:
Only documentation (correspondence, vouchers, bills or any other) on ¡CATCH! business paper are valid. All documentation is subject to the terms and conditions of the operators and their laws. The Costa Rican law is applicable in any case involving ¡CATCH!. By making a reservation with ¡CATCH! the traveler agrees with these terms and conditions. No personnel, without written and signed documentation from the Owner or General Manager of ¡CATCH! has any authorization to change or not live by the terms and conditions mentioned here.
