Villas must be separated and set up as two different accomodations with seperate services, utilities and billing.

Two bedroom Villa-6 guests and one infant under age 2-bedding: 1 king bed, 2 twin Murphy beds & 2 double beds
Children policie: children under age 12 (maximum 2) sharing same suite or villa as parents stay free.
Request from multiple traveling parties that want to have rooms, suites, villas close together must be made in advance.

Rate terms	Rates are net per room per night. Seven night Saturday to Saturday required during high season and holiday periods. In low season, 3 or more nights allowed as long as reservations do not cross over a Saturday night as this will require special approval and will result in a room change on Saturday. This change will occur without compensation
Cancellation terms	No show: no refund, guest forfeits entire cost of stay Canellations: within 30 days of arrival, no refund unless wholesaler is able to re-sell the room Bookings reported 30 days or less must be guaranteed or will not be accepted
Payment terms	Payment is due 30 days prior to guest arrival
