The plantation house was not built originally to accommodate as a hotel. The bigger the challenge was to transform it into a place where guests feel the original atmosphere, but still can enjoy modern day facilities. Landhuis Daniel
Modern Accomodations
The hotel function is small scale and directed to service and contact on a personal level, which guarantees relaxation in a surrounding of peace and quite. Our style may be described as nonconformity and laid back, usually not found nowadays in the bigger tourist complexes.
he property has eight comfortable rooms, all with private bathroom. Rooms are available both in the plantation house and in a small row house on the grounds. The rooms in the plantation house are quite spacious, well furnished and have a view on the Caribbean Sea. The other rooms -former slave quarters- are situated in the row house next to the main building and the swimming pool.



Country Inn & Restaurant
The Perfect Location
 The plantation offers a restaurant with a large shady terrace, a cozy bar and a swimming pool. The property is about 4 acres, part of which is garden where local produce is grown for use in the restaurant kitchen. Furthermore there are some nice terraces "under the trees" and around the swimming pool.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is served on the cool shady terrace in front of the plantation house. While a lot of local people come to appreciate the cuisine of Jan Francke, there is often a cozy ambiance of intermingling from locals and hotel guests. In the restaurant you can dine a la carte, on daily specials or leave the choice to the chef who will prepare his famous multicourse surprise menu for you.
